Suggestions:
Use this option to transfer the material from one quarantine location to another or for any other use before it is approved.
Menu Path Mfg –> Quality Control –> QC Transfer
1) QC transfer will be allowed only when the Inventory for the product is available in the specified site code, item code, location code, lot number and lot sl mentioned in QC order and only unconfirmed QC order’s can be allowed for transfer.
2) Transfer location code should not be the same as the location code entered in the QC order and must be of type quarantine. The system allows QC Transfer to only quarantine / unapproved logical locations.
3) If the number of articles is more than one, then the system will not allow material to be transferred until the packing list is prepared and confirmed.
4) Transfer quantity must not exceed the quantity entered in the QC order.
5) If the transfer quantity is less than the QC order quantity, then that quantity must be reduced from the QC order quantity in the specified QC order.
6) If full quantity is transferred, then QC order quantity must be set to zero and status will be updated as confirmed.
7) When the QC transfer is confirmed, the quantity in the original location code must be reduced and the Inventory in the location code to which the material is transferred must be increased.
