Suugestion
User can assign menu right Profile wise, which is visible across the users with same profile.
Steps
1) Identify the User Profile to which it is needed
2) Menu – System -> System Setup -> User Profile
3) Select the Profile from pophelp, click on Next, then all the menu will be loaded
4) then Tick the menu from the screen, assign the actions (*,V,E,A) in the rights column, multiple menu’s can be selected at a time
5) then click on process and after successful process it will be available to the user.
