Cause:
System will not allow the user to edit the Purchase receipt or any transactions if an invalid user is editing the record. This type of error can occur if the user which edits the record is having a user type other than employee.
Remedies: Users should ensure that only an employee type user is allowed to edit the records. So while sending a user invitation system admin should select the user type as an employee when the user should enter edit records.
