Cause:
A Stock Ledger Report is a detailed record that keeps track of stock movements. If the users have made any changes in the details of the item for example, the distribution receipt, lot details and transaction for the distribution issue , the lot no is different for both transactions. This can be checked in the stock ledger report for that particular item if it’s selected in the report criteria.
Solutions:
Users need to ensure the mismatch is avoided. If lot no and batch no are not changed due which mismatch found the lot numbers in the transaction flow then the stock in GIT location will not show negative quantity.
