System will allow to save Purchase order with order qty more the indent, If parameters are defined item master, then allow to enter the quantity more then indent quantity. Otherwise, If the indent number is selected in Purchase, then the Purchase Order Quantity must be less than or equal to the indent quantity.
User will have to enter the Excess Order Reason if order quantity is greater than indent quantity.
