How can we confirm the QC order if the following error ‘Packing Details Exist!’ occurs ?

Cause:
The System will not allow you to confirm the QC order if the packing transaction is not confirmed of that particular item (packing material). As the item series is used in QC order. That means if the stock option is defined as item maintenance in item master, packing needs to be done. If the packing transaction is not confirmed for that particular QC order item then the system prompts ‘User can’t confirm QC Order before Packing Confirmation.’
Suggestions:
Users need to confirm the packing record of that item which is used in QC order. Once the packing is confirmed the system will allow to confirm the qc order.
