Cause:
In Sales return details, Lot no found in small case so while doing Sales return of partial quantity
lot no changing to capital case on tab key press and so rate is not picking up from invoice.
Remedies:
In Sales return details screen, select the line number, enter the lot number and without tab key press, finish the Sales return transaction. By this the rate will get set properly on finish button click.
