How to Create Allowance in the System?

Allowance is the amount of something that is permitted, especially within a set of regulations or for a specific purpose. In this allowance master we can set types of allowances daily, travel etc.

Login > CRM > CRM Setup > Expense Rule > Allowance

Distance Screen Appears. Click on Add New 

Add New Screen Appears.

  • Allowance: Enter Description of the allowance
  • Short Description: Enter Short Description of the allowance
  • Allowance Basis: Select from Pophelp as per allowance
  • Active: Yes
  • Allowance Change: Set the allowance as editable or non editable from dropdown
  • Division: Select from Pophelp (For SFA select MNR)
  • Account Code: Select from pophelp

After Filling all details in Basic then click on Allowance Limit

After clicking on Allowance limit below screen will appear, then click on Add

After clicking on Add button below screen will appear

  • Effective From: Set effective from date
  • Valid upto: Set Valid Upto date
  • Allowance Amount: Enter the amount for allowance
  • Expense Limit: Set The Expense limit for allowance
  • After Click on Done and then click on Finish
