Suggestions:
There is a simple configuration, In item master, if the item stock maintenance is by lot and integral quantity is entered. In Item master and site item, there is an option to specify that whether integral quantity or whole lot to be issued. Then Manufacturing output does not require the item to be integral. If the stock is maintained in decimal then there is no need for integral quantity to be specified.
