Cause:
System does not have user wise the right click options in Sales return in table view. These UI related issues can be there if the cache is not clear. These menus are not user wise.
Suggestions:
Users should always clear the cache and then use the right click functionality. Any user can see the print credit note in the more option. Print credit note is also user rights wise. Hence users need to ensure the user rights.
Please note, The favourites functionality is available on right click. And more options are available in right click when the record is selected in table view on any screen.
