Suggestions:
Audit trail shows the change users details in the side panel of the selected record in the distribution issues home screen. Users which have added the record and confirmed it. It shows user name, change user code, change users ip address, terminal number along with action done by the user.
Process trail shows the record flow details in the side panel of the selected record in the distribution issues home screen. Process screen name, Record id, record added date, record confirm date, along with extendable details information of dist order from – to site, record value with tax and remarks.
Then distribution issue id, from – to site, date, value (amount + tax) and remark. And distribution receipt id, from – to site, date, value (amount + tax) and remark.
