Cause:
The System will not allow the users to save Sales orders without a tax environment. System shows the validation msg as ‘Invalid Tax Environment ‘ or ‘TAX ENVIRONMENT IS BLANK’ on saving Sales order because the tax environment is set as blank and is not selected by the user before saving the record.
Remedies :
Users should ensure in Sales order in the details screen, Tax environment is properly selected and then the record is saved.
Tax environment can be selected from the pophelp list of values and it depends on the site and the customer can be defined as a site customer.
